1900 miles. I have taken to warranty and the supposedly adjust it.Assuming wet clutch, how many miles? These tend to last a while so perhaps it’s your use of it? If so, an upgrade isn’t going to help.
Just getting out of first gear. Some time I have to accelerate to much. To get it out and if not it turn off like jumping. Really like taking the clutch wrong. But it’s not that. I am sureDamn yeah that’s early even if you don’t use it well. Wonder if yours is dragging for some reason. My dry clutch lasts way longer than that. Are you positive it’s slipping?
What can you recommend me to test? Because I don’t belived it has adjustment? Or am I wrong? When a clutch slips it generally will slip in every gear, it wouldn’t a thing that happens just coming out of first or from a stop.
It does it more often whe ins in high temps. Is it shuddering in 1st when you pull away from stops soon after the bike has been turned on? If yes, it is possible the clutch isn't getting enough oil. Instead of a traditional wet sump, the V4 has a system that sprays oil on the clutch. It is actually adjustable, and an indication that it is set in a way that isn't delivering enough oil to the clutch is when you experience a shudder or rattle when first riding after turning the bike on, as it is taking a while for the clutch to be sufficiently lubricated.
Noticed it on a demo V4S I rode and that's what the lead tech told me at least. He said it's a fairly simple adjustment and doesn't take any extensive labor, they fixed it on that bike very quickly.
Try it and it just pull meWith cars you'd put it into the highest gear and let out the clutch without giving it any throttle. It should die instantly.
Try it and the bike pull me string no slipthrow it in 3rd gear at 40 miles per hour. Go full throttle, if the clutch is slipping the bike will just rev instead of accelerating. Slipping clutch is a dead giveaway
