Jetprime did something similar with their on/off switches. All of the momentary buttons were Otto with the glossy caps but the on/off were matte with a slight flat spot instead of a dome. It’s a dumb thing to be annoyed about, but annoyed I was.

Will they tell you who their supplier is?
I feel you...it's not one of those things that does anything other than bother me. I guess the saving grace is all of the CNC buttons match and having gloss and matte mixed with dome and flat top and I'd need a therapist. 🤣

I've asked them three times now and they won't tell me because, again, you can't swap those buttons. I even told them I didn't care and would assume any risk but apparently they still feel a compelling need to save me from myself.

I can't believe someone looked at this and thought, "yup, looks good...ship it."

What in the heck happened there? I'm hoping CNC was both embarrassed and took care of that. I've bought a fair bit of stuff from them but I think I'll be looking elsewhere from now on...

Built on a Friday afternoon in Italy.

Breese Racing has similar looking matte buttons. Maybe they'd be of help.

Ducabike too, at least in their newest offering.

I tried Ducabike twice and never heard anything back...maybe I'll try Breese and see what they can do.
