CNC rear sets

Took it for test run after installation and found rear brake didn't work. After comparison stock vs CNC, the plunger is different (much shorter).
How did you guys resolve this? I will try to use stock plunger tomorrow and see

Looks like the little knob is to control air compression?

Alpha....You see those 5 little holes in the red piece, well they are your forward and up and down peg adjustments, you see those pegs they are racing ones, you will need the CNC comfort ones, be safer for you :)

Thanks mate that will be our next mods for sure.

Your Rearsets are different to mine, I used the CNC plunger and I dont have the knob which looks like a bleeder valve from the pic.... here is a pic of mine on the bike, as i said I couldnt use the rubber cover that they supplied.

I ended up having same issues with the CNC plunger so was able to make the stock one work with my rear sets.

quick question, I don't know why but I heard somewhere that the pramac ones only came in the gp shift pattern? for those of you that have them, is this true?

As far as I know they are the same just different colors. Maybe someone with the Pramac ones can confirm.

Has anyone seen the ones they look like the pramac but either black pieces instead of the silver? I told my dealer unwanted the pramac ones and the ones they got look just like them but with black instead of silver and assured me they vary special ones, I'm skeptical to say the least.

so after a few adjustments and a few problems, what is the end result? worth the money and quality?

I'm having the same issue. How did you resolve it?

Since i don't plan to re-use stock plunger so i cut the stock one shorter (longer than the CNC plunger)

Actually, I figured it out. The spring was coil binding. The crappy drawing shows the short end of the tapered spring at the nut. I placed a washer behind the nut and placed the large end of the tapered spring against the washer. The spring will no longer coil bind and I used the CNC supplied plunger and everything works as it should. Adjusting is a tedious project now but it does work. I imaging your solution is easier to adjust. Thanks for your insight!
