If you dont pay me for the shipping that is part of the deal do you expect I'm going to let you keep them once Ive returned your useless rearsets missing 50% of the pieces? No. I emailed the guy 10 times to pay the shipping. He chose not to. He chose to send me 12=15 messages complaining telling me a story. He tried crying about how I got the rearsets "cheap" for $75 which explains why pieces were missing. Even funnier another forum member sold me a 100% complete set for $75 two days later. So much for his "cheap" story.... I deleted 10 of the messages without wasting my time reading them. You dont pay you wont get anything from me.... I don't have time to go back and forth and back and forth and back and forth over a petty shipping fee.

I dont see how Jake can cry. He's out $12 he paid to send me the rearsets. I lost $75 in shipping the fairings to his nearest Fedex Hub, and more sending his rearsets back to him. I provided him a 100% refund. When it comes to business, I do not play around. I will never steal or defraud somebody and I will make 100% sure it doesn't happen to me.

I'll continue to post what I want when I want. I will not be burned by someone because of THEIR error.

For the record I PM'd phil requesting he delete the ........ banter on the post and clearly he chose not to so we can continue this flame war on no problem.

For those of you who find it necessary to PM back and forth 42 times to close a deal please purchase items elsewhere. Buying something is very simple, state your interest, receive payment instruction and pay. When you screw up the barter part of the deal you either pay the agreed upon amount or you forfeit the item Very simple. I'm not embarrassed. Hundreds of members of this forum have done business with me and been 100% satisfied. I did everything right here.

Ok guys I think this thread has descended enough...I can see neither of you agree as to the rights/wrongs of this.... I suggest you both move on Please....

Just wanted to say in all fairness White13Pani has done good business for me in the past. Some stands I bought arrived missing parts and he got the parts to me and ordered the replacement parts without issue.

Just thought I would throw in a little bit of opposing experience.

Is there any way to implement a buyer/seller rating? I feel like this would solve the problem in a hurry...

White13Pani has done business with me I had gone back and fourth on items trying to haggle and have bought other items from him as soon as I saw it was what I wanted at a great price, even offered him items when I saw he needed them. Every interaction was a good one. I would recommend him as a great seller.

All good. Zohsix01 got me a new set for much cheaper so it worked out
