To be honest I don't like tiny weapons. They have one advantage: concealment. If I can conceal my govt 1911 all day and be comfortable, why would I something that I have to possibly fumble around to get to? Unless you can react perfectly calm in a threat which nobody can, a larger caliber IF you can carry and use it will always be better. You don't think about recoil when you are firing a weapon at a person
The p238 was a good gun, you have to spend a few days working on them, polishing the feed ramp and whatnot before they will fire without malfunction.
