Hi guys,

I finally pulled the trigger on replacing the stock Quickshifter. I was doing my homework on which to go with and after some research I went with Cordona. I immediately could tell the difference. Allot smoother and responsive in both up and down shifts. I should have done this a few thousand miles ago when i started noticing the stock unit intermittently fail to work, mostly on downshifts. If you are on the fence about upgrading your QS and trying to decide on which one, i highly recommend Cordona. Here is the link where I got it from.

Huge shout out to Mani from Motomillion. He gladly answered all of my questions and was great to work with.

Yeah should be the first thing to change out. Its just one of the many things the factory puts on these bikes that's a failure from the get go.

I am not really sure to be honest. Maybe because V4R is dry clutch?? I am sure someone more knowledgeable will know actual answer and respond.

i have a 2021 v4s with ducati by rizoma rear sets and purchased the cordona having a little bit of issues with it. how critcical is it to adjust the rod or how should i say it how do you adjust the rod to the proper length?theres three different adjustment areas i assume just the middle? and the other sides tigthen up

If you're ordering from Cordona directly then make sure to tell them that you have the Rizoma rearsets and they'll supply the correct rod length as it's different than stock (longer).

The assembly has 3 points of adjustment.

in terms of the 3 points is it just lining it up? i ordered from Ivan the north american guy (great guy) but im having issues with the qs. they resupplied me with a new one and still having issues. so im just trying to make sure im not installing it wrong which seems weird as it is very plug and play it seems

What problems are you having?

The Ducati Rizoma instructions give suggested rod lengths depending on what footpeg position you are using. You may prefer the lever higher or lower.

Sorry I should have been more clear wasn’t sure if the Ducati by rizoma rearsets affected the cordona quickshifter rod that’s why I asked on this forum post. I see the street fighter the rod is longer with the rearsets but wasn’t sure if the panigale was as well

3 adjustment nuts for length

The Rizoma rearsets move the pegs back 5-15mm even on the Panigale so a longer rod length is required for them.

How do I know if I got the longer one just measure the rod? From only the center piece?
