Cracked Dash

Hi All,

I have the dreaded cracked and fogging dash on my 2012 1199 S Panigale.
I have been to my local Ducati dealer to see if it could be replaced under good will. I don't have much luck with that kind of thing so I don't hold out much hope.

Does anyone know of a repair or company that could repair the dash by replacing the screen.

No replies that’s not good, was hoping that someone would have Known of a possible repair.

The other alternative I was thinking about was changing the outer case/screen and using the same internal LCD.
I have seen a brand new dash for sale at a good price but it is for a 1199 not a 1199 S.
My question is would the outer case be the same?

Still no word back from Ducati on possible good will.

With a R1 you can replace the dash facia - should be the same but there is no official option from ducati.

Your on your own

I fitted a screen protector to the dash hopefully will stop any cracking.

Hi Redfire,

That is exactly the one I have been looking at but it is for a 1199 not a1199 S.
Not sure if there is differences between the two.
Also does the dash need to be coded with the keys for the immobiliser?

Thanks for the link but I have already been in contact with Cobo and they told me that they don't deal directly with an individual. Just said that I need to go through Ducati.

Bit disappointing really.

I've posted a link to cobo-deutschland. where is the post, mod?. however, they offer repair service for end users of oem parts.
