Hi all, a short introduction, my name is David and I’m a Engineering student out of California who loves to ride and tinker in my free time.
Im currently putting together a Panigale V4 and, while looking into exhaust systems, I was unable to find anything that fit the lines of the V4 how I wanted. I am a fan of the underslung exhaust system style, so have only looked into these, but everything I’ve seen available looks like more of an afterthought than a extension of the bike. So I’ve elected to take things into my own hands. My plan is a symmetrical slip-on system that looks good, improves flow over stock and improves sound while still complying with noise level requirements at certain tracks.
Here are a few sneak-peak mockup pictures of the slip-on I’m designing. No modification to stock lower fairing required.

I‘ll be utilizing a equal length ceramic coated mid-pipe section(that will fit stock headers) that I‘m currently designing in CAD.
