Thinking about a pair of their "in" boots. I generally wear in the 10.5-11 range. Anyone know if they run big or small?

I generally wear a 10 - 10.5 and I also wear the 45. I usually wear thick wool socks with them and they work just right. I would like to try a 44 but so many 44 boots from the other companies are too narrow for me and really hurt my feet.
