I wear the large size FF chest protector. I originally bought the medium but ended up using that one for when my son gets on the back. He is 12 and the medium fits him. Going by the size chart on FF website I am a medium but I find the large fits my chest fine. My chest is 100cm or about 38 inches.

I just think the FF stuff moulds better to your body when your body heats it up and softens it. You forget you have it on after 10 minutes. I always ride with both chest and back on.

I have see a few accidents where blunt trauma to chest area has killed riders.
