Just got myself the full DDA Ducati Data acquisition kit designed by Ducati Corse Panigale 1199 / 899 SBK Part Number #96524111B for $2000 AU.
Can't wait to fit it and take it to the track.
Thanks Gecko,
I appreciate the heads up.
Ducati states that you should not connect the pressure sensors on ABS bikes
Hence on my tri I only have the suspension potentiometers installed.
Installation is straight forward, but it takes some time to do it nicely.
What's really annoying is the routing of the cables around the steering head. Especially if you have the voltage regulator installed that came with the "handlebar switch problem recall".
If you also have some engine crash protection devices installed you might have to fiddle around a bit to find room for the rear potentiometer. I had this issue with my GSG crash pads.
Where can I get the kit from that solves that "handlebar switch recall" problem? Ducati Johannesburg refused to supply me with the kit under warrantee because Zoki said that my bike was repaired by 'n non franchised dealer so he refused to supply me with the kit (in 2013). I will not touch Ducati South Africa with a barge pole, but the Dragon Lady needs that fix.
