Delivery in UK ?

.....ordered mine on the 9th Novemeber,...was told it will arrive in the UK either very late March/early April.

Now I hear it could be May,....

Anyone got a different story ?
 
For the US I was told March/April by my dealer and was told that Europe should be a bit earlier! So I really hope you get yours in March :)
 
I was told when I placed the order end of March but wouldn't surprise me if that becomes April or even May- not that I'd be very happy about it!

Sorry if I have asked you this already, I must be having a senior moment!! How close are you to Bungay? Would you be interested in coming along to the East Anglia Ducati Club meets (1st Sat each month). Do a search for us on Facebook as we have our own page plus we have our own group on Ducatisti Forum.

Are you buying your Panigale from Ron Parkinson? Though I live in Norfolk I have always gone to Pro Twins in Surrey for my bikes.

When I ordered mine was told April build for May delivery in the UK..... Is it May yet
 
Our Rep for the southeast USA is telling us end of March/April but we recieved our Pikes Peak Edition Multistrada 1 month ahead of schedule. Hmmm sure would be nice to get my 1199 a month early. :D

LOL yes Rod your having a senior moment, I'm near Bury St Edmunds so not that far away. I'll check it out - struggling for time at the with two baby girls (11 weeks and 27 months) but will be up for some meets/rides in the summer assuming my 1199 turns up!

I believe it depends on the supplying dealer.
Some dealer have a larger allocation than others and depending on the dealer they may or may not have sold there allocation.
The tricolore I ordered was a month later than the 1199s I had originally ordered. Tried other dealer at the same time and i would have to wait an extra 4-5 months it's all worked out on allocation.
Keep in contact with the supplying dealer.

...spoke to Ducati Leeds yesterday about delivery (they are one of the larger allocation dealers,..48 for the year).....they showed me the list of names to models....(more or less a 50/50 split base to s model, with 1 tricolore I think)....

They said there initial orders, (early November)...were due for an early build,..April..." so late April early May, but we think May "...was their words.

Same story for Ducati Lincoln......in fact they said,...we've been told April delivery,....but that Is an " Italian " April.....they said,...which means " it lands when it lands, so it could be May !!!

Bit different to the March delivery as told originally !!!

Potenially 6 weeks of the riding season gone.

Each dealer gets an initial allocation if they have sold 48 that does not mean they will get priority.

I ordered the 1199s this was late november as the tricolore would be later.
After thinking about changed it to the tricolore as it would only be a month later, so I'm told.

I'm in the second batch of tricolore's that are being delivered to my dealer but would have been in the first batch for the 1199s.

Agree about 6 weeks of the riding season gone.
One dealer i went to at the same time could not get the tricolre until July as the were only getting 4 in there first allocation.

Hopefully the order situation will become clearer around end Jan-Feb.
 
....may revert back to original plan A of 1098r....same torque 1000rpm lower down the Rev range,....165/170 rwbhp not going to be a problem don't think ?

Don't want to miss 6 weeks,...of what may be,..if anything, like the last couple of years have been like the best part of the year.....??????

ordered mine and ive been told similar and that its going to be april delivery and a may collection, thats with the 1199 base model with ABS thats 5 months of waiting! ... it had better be worth it!
