disconnected connectors

hey guys,

while swearing to mount the windshield, I noticed that there are two connectors that are not connected right below the dashboard.

There are two connectors that come from the headlights and are supposed (?) to plug into a central pin.
Please see picture attached. The picure is taken from the clutch lever and on the right you can notice the upper part of the front fork.

Please post me your pictures/ feedback. My bike is a Tricolore

Yes it's the horn.

If you've started the bike then your dealer will see fault codes through the service computer.

Wiggle a litte more slack in the cables and reconnect. No biggie.

Done but I had to re-route the cable quite a bit, seems Ducati is saving on every inch of material for a 30k+ bike

Tell me about it!

My underseat diag cable has zero slack - can just about remove the cover

Dealer fix was a massive yank before attempting to plug in the service console

Yup the horn - I've given up trying to always put them back on.........

I had the same problem after the GPS was installed. If you have had work done recently, and the horn was working before, take it back and have them re-route it. The black interior cover needs to be taken off.

It can be routed so the horn doesn't disconnect when the bars are turned to full lock.

After I had the GPS fixed , the horn stopped working

disconnected connectors
