Does 2021-22 V4s fairing will fit 2018 model?

2022 and + have a different tank.
2019 V4R and 2020 and 2021 V4 are all the same and will work with a 2018. You need the brackets to hold on the wider fairings.

They fit but there's going to be little odds and ends you'll have to sort. Two things that come to mind is the gear position sensor cooling duct, and where the drain hoses connect at the lower fairing. How much the little stuff matters is up to you.
Cooling duct are parts 30, 32, 33 and 34.
The drain hose connection point is number 28.

Race bodywork from 2021+ fits the 2018 with no issues.
