Hi, I'm getting my 199 next week :) and I'm wondering if both tail tidys were the same price, which one would you buy?

The DP in in store and the evotech would have to be shipped overseas.

Cheers for any advice

For once id have to say DP finally came out with a decent tail product and would highly recommend them over any other. Especially when you can use the other small turn signals in replace of stock "wings" that come on it. Although we are still waiting for Competition Werkes to release their version I went with DP on this one hands down. Pics were included in my thread of service, etc.

User the bit that sticks out from the rear is shorter but the lights look the same as the stock one. Or am I missing something?

Negative. They are considerably smaller all around. Further down in that thread I included the pics of part numbers for them. They are front turn signals off another bike, simple plug n play, led which flashes amber. Awesome substitute!

Whilst I do not have my bike yet, I have gone for the DP version. It just seems right to my own eye.

I went Evo tech. The fit and finish is out of this world. The bike retains a stock look while keeping the tag legal and not hacky. Great unit and you can use the stock connector from the original stock fender. Very nice kit.

My personal preference is always DP. Their parts are priced at a premium, however the quality is there (except for the tank pad).

I have the DP tail tidy installed on my Tricolore and I am very happy with it.

However, I have it on good word that RIZOMA 1199 Panigale accessories will shortly be released.

Anyone know which dealer have the DP tail tidy instock? I would like to order one, thanks..

I put the DP tail tidy on and pulled it back off the next day. With the US turn signals, the weight makes them sag and the way they're held in place is pretty rickety.

I'm back to stock, may go evotech, but one of the members bucci? posted they were working on one so I'll wait to see what they have.

Hey dude. Didnt you see my fix for that issue on my Tri Color? I posted pics of DP tail using the Euro (front) signals that are half the size of the OEM size? Dont throw away that DP kit yet until you see it man. From the Master Techs I know who have installed both brands they love the DP one for a change! Scroll down to middle of thread and you will see the exact part numbers used.

I used the DP tidy with flush mount signals. Not a great pic.

Are they INSIDE the rear brake lights? I cant see them at all here. Maybe take a shot with one on blinking?

They are where the DP signals would go but they are flush. I will take a picture in few from the side and blinking.

if you can be patient, I would wait a bit longer as there is going to be some companies bringing out more gear.

Like Cali said Rizoma will have something soon.

I have these on order for the front of my bike as I am getting rid of the DP"s and I know they will have a tail tidy soon using the same signals.

Those look sick Wallaroo! You said for the front??? Of what bike? I would like those for the rear of my DP tail. Wonder what the dimensions are and if they would work?

I am putting them on the front of my Tri. With a bit of luck they should be here next week and I can give you some sizes.

Here are some pics of what they did for the Brutale and they are doing something similar for the Pani.

Thanks for the pics! I'd love to see your Tri after the install on the front and dimensions would be great.:)
