I'm attempting to troubleshoot my quickshifter.

Can someone with a OBDStar and/or Texa do the DQS Functionality test? Mine keeps saying failed.

The voltages I get on the test, which fails every time, are different then if I lookup the DQS voltage and monitor it when at rest, upshift and downshift. Just monitoring the DQS, I get 2.49756v at rest, 1.69037v down and 3.38486v up.

I need to see what normal or good values are.

Same here. I think it's a strain gauge broblem. It doesn't give voltage to ecu instantly, like switch type qs. When you look your voltage values, they are rising/lowering depending how hard you push/pull gear lever.

Need to test oe qs some day.

My tests were with the Ducati QS. When I swap it for a Cordona I get the same values. When I was looking at values for the Cordona I was just holding it and pushing or pulling on the ends. It doesn’t take a lot of force to get it to change the voltage output.

Ok. Good to know that it's same with stock qs.
About cordona, you can see that voltage rises when you push or pull harder.
We don't know what is voltage limit that ecu wants to cut the ignition. It must be small change, cos cutting happens whit light touch.

Yeah, I don't know what value the ECU is looking for, or why the test values would be different from the ones viewed in real time.

I found a video from Ducati in which they preform the DQS test. The values I view in real time are the same as their test result, and their test result passes.
