Does anyone know if the Driven D-Axis TT Rearsets are capable of reverse shift with the standard quick shifter or do you have to buy the reverse quick shifter?

Yes, they can do reverse shift with the standard switch. Look at the photo of them and you'll see both the high and low mounting point for the shift rod on the back side of the shift lever.
