Take the muffler of and try and get the Bolt near the opening and use a magnetic pickup tool if you have one? The only other option is drill the rivets and separate the end can.I'v dropped the bolt in-between the skins of the akrapovic end can (left side) that holds the db killer. how do I get it out?
I did that on my H2, took the can off and turned it upside down, bolt came straight out.
On the V4 I superglued the allen bit into the bolt, unscrewed and then the bolt broke away from the allen bit easily with mole grips.
I learnt my lesson, worked on both sides for me!

Same route I take Lamf1969 when fitting/removing my baffles, a bit of superglue on the allen head then put the bolt into the allen head, leave it to cure for a minute and screw/unscrew the bolt then wiggle the allen key to release it from the bolt. If you have lost the bolt between the carbon cover and the can then get hold of some flexible hose and a magnet and have a fish around, the magnet wont be attracted to titanium but it will pick up the bolt
