Well the saga continues. Now the dash is lighting up like a Christmas tree, DES, IMU and SCU error lights. Time for the dealer to sort it out since it's under warranty.

You may need to get all the errors cleared from your dealer . Hopefully that will fix the issues I have had the same problem with my bike .

I don't know if it is just the errors or if the black box unit took a crap. I am using the motoholders fairing stay. Do you have any of your mounts left? Maybe I will give the OEM stay a try.

Mine has the same issues and has been at the dealers for a month now..

Changed the quickshifter which resolved that issue. Have replaced the black box but the dash continues to show every possible error and fault code. They reckon they've narrowed it down to the BBS module and / or the wiring harness.

As much as I love the bike it's now starting to give me the ...... I'm actually starting to have doubts about owning it outside of warranty cover.

When I installed my rearsets I removed the rear brake light switch but didn't disconnect it. I didn't realize that it was active the whole time the bike was on. Would the brake light switch confuse the electronics and trigger multiple errors as well as make the quick shifter not work? Anyone experience this?

I'm now very curious. I just tore apart my whole bike, to go over the entire wiring harness - found nothing, and just cleaned up wiring and made sure each plug was dry, not rusty inside, etc.

But this sudden and sporatic appearance of errors - first "Inertial Sensor!" then "DES!" and on and on until nothing electronic is working, and I'm riding blind without speed or lean angle info, and with zero rider aids plus QS stops working...it correlates with the last maintenance I did, which was unmounting the rear caliper to flip it over, then flushed and bled the rear brake circuit. I then changed the brake lever stop screw on my CNC rearsets so the brake lever would sit higher. It didn't consistently engage the brake lever sensor (a push button) but some redneck engineering applied to the bolt I swapped in solved the problem of turning the brake light on/off....when stationary.

what a crazy thing it'll end up being if I have ended up doing all the work to strip the bike down, and all it would be is the rear brake lever sensor (probably the least technologically advanced sensor on the bike (a mechanical button....hydraulic pressure sensors have been used on other bikes for a long time. Y'all could use those Ducati!

Ive had all of the faults above. Very frustrating . I have Motorholders stay and Rapid Bike.

1. Motorholders , as much as some rave on about this mod , I find that the welds and alignment are way off . Nearly looks like a free hand job and not made on a jig. The IMU bracket shows at least 2 degrees out (verified with a digital spirit level). How far out the Yaw is , who knows. I'm skeptical about the reset on a side stand too. I eventually mounted the IMU on two quite robust cotton reel type rubber mounts . I THINK it is working BETTER. Should DWC work at 180kmh and occasionally at 80kmh ? Consistency would earn trust .

2. I've had major issues with my Rapid Bike, You Tune and My Tunning post a track high side. I have not as yet got to the bottom of this but something must have been damaged with RB and it basically gradually shut all the electronics down . I have pulled RB and the Ducati system seems to be ok . RB Australia are helping me with this issue and I'm keen to reinstall RB as its a good product, however I am skeptical with overlaying TC , EBC, LC on OEM Ducati functions.

Why would one session , suddenly IMU error flash , then not reappear for the remainder of the day ?

I mentioned my concern with my bike coming out of warranty and suffering some problems....I got blasted by the old boys club wankers ....told to embrace it told its all part of owning a Ducati....so my advise is suck it up enjoy it and be assured the problems will persist long after warranty it's just part of hanging with the cool oaks

Keep it stock and ride it....
