I have owned this 899 for 5 years and have 10K on it. The bike started acting up rough idle, jerk down low in the revs, gut less over 5k. I purchased new Map sensor and replaced both. and still having the same problem. I can unplug the front MAP sensor for the rear cylinder and the bike remains unchanged. I swapped around sensors and still same problem. I checked line going to the map sensor and it looks and feels fine. The bike feels like the timing is retarded on it. any ideas?
