Just wanted to share a positive on this company- Ducati Parts Unlimited.
Check out their website if you have any model Ducati in the last 20+ years and need any sort of key, cluster, etc services.

For years the worthless dealerships by me have been of ZERO help whatsoever for getting spare keys cut for my Ducatis. I constantly find bikes that only have one key available and in my experience selling those bikes has been a headache because people want that second key.
Anyway, I’ve recently upped the effort to sell my 2020 V4 but only having one key it’s been a tough sell, pun intended. Ducati dealership local to me recommended one local guy they thought could cut these internal cut keys. Wrong- the guy couldn’t. If he could he wanted $150 to cut my oem blank spare key which was INSANE. so $140 for the OEM blank from Ducati, $150 for him to cut it, then probably another $150 for the stealership to program it to the immobilizer. So almost $450 (if not more) to replace a single key which is literal .........
Now comes “Ducati Parts Unlimited” I reached out, paid $115 (and another $35 or so for shipping myself with prepaid labels) for their aftermarket key, key cutting and cloning service. Yes you heard that right- $115! They provide aftermarket blank, cut it from your original you send them, they clone the info off your oem key and write it to the spare they cut. Oscar went out of his was to get my key cut on a Friday afternoon late and shipped back to me close of business Friday in the prepaid USPS Express Mail envelope I provided. Got my key back in the mail this morning. One word of advice- DO NOT USE USPS TO SHIP YOUR KEY TO HIM OR TO RECEIVE YOUR KEY BACK! I shipped my key to him last Friday 5/10 via usps priority mail with an eta of Monday 5/13. They lost the package for a week and it magically showed up without tracking updates to him on Friday 5/17. Has USPS not found my package I would have been out thousands of dollars and would have needed to replace all the locks on my bike. Do yourself a favor and use a professional shipping company like FedEx or UPS, avoid USPS.
As I said he got it cut, cloned and shipped out within like an hour. A+ customer service. Please if you need spare keys, locks rekeyed, miles updated on a cluster, anything lock/key related to your Ducati then you NEED to email Oscar on the website to get the hookup!
