Hi All,

Has anybody bought and installed the Ducati Performance Brake and Clutch levers?

Just wanted some feedback on your thoughts, are they worth it or are there better levers out there?

Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris,
Absolutely love them. They look beautiful and have great micro adjustment.
Not for everyone, and not cheap, but I would get a set if you can afford them.

Jock

They are nice, but for the money I would opt for some CRG's being you can buy replacement parts if you need them, and their quality is just as good.

DP levers are pretty much perfect.

Austin racing levers are the exact same lever. Just no Ducati laser engraving at a fraction of the cost

I like beautiful things.... I like them more if they can't remember my name in the morning..:D... What kind of cash are we talking about?
Can we have some pics? Clutch break levers are nor something that my testosterone levels consider at 5am, but I'm open to making my bike even more desirable.

I bought them but went back to stock. The stock levers allow you to adjust the length of the 'plunger' that goes into the master cylinder. The DP parts have solid plungers that don't allow this.

I found it made the front brake feel less responsive as there was more travel/play to pull in until things started to happen which I couldn't then dial out.

Lol I can see the knobs on the side. Like who makes levers that aren't adjustable. Even the fleabay cheapos are I'm pretty sure.

exactly.. If oem levers are the expensive upgrade ones from the same manufacture damn sure better be adjustable

I have them and they are very nicely built but expensive. Much nicer than the Brembo RCS lever I just installed on my RSV4.

Clearly people have missed my point.

The SPAN on the DP levers is adjustable, same as it is on the stock levers, but the DP levers do it much nicer.

The part I'm talking about is the 'plunger' or pin that transmits the force from the lever, no matter what SPAN you have the lever set to, and then onto the master cylinder. Stock levers have a tiny grub screw to loosen that allows you to then screw in or out the plunger/pin altering it's length. Essentially you can have brakes that operate instantly or require a bit of travel before pads start to grip discs.

The DP levers have finely adjustable SPAN, but they do not have adjustable plungers/pins. These are solid machined parts.

I prefer to be able to adjust the TRAVEL and the SPAN. I may take a look at some point into putting stock plungers/pins into the DP levers.

Anyone try the duca bike Evo III levers? They are reach, length and ratio adjustable. I'm hovering over the add to cart button with these or the motocrosa levers

The standard brembo levers are very good. I just had to have them DP lever for the bling factor.

My mistake.. that is correct.. and as far as I saw when putting them on the stock plungers will fit and work..
