I'm a big fan of T-Rex stands. They're reversible and the bar to lock the rear wheel is bonus when you want to remove the wheel nut. I also like that the lever arm sits on a Delrin pad. I keep my Panigale in the living room with hard wood floors. It doesn't scratch the floors when I want to move the bike around and work on it.
I have an aftermarket stand I use in my garage for parking it cost a fraction of the price of the Ducati stand and did not come with those Ducati quality enhancements you have highlighted
Only difference it was black... it cost ZAR 780.00 about 50 US dollars
I removed the chain adjust sticker on my swing arm and put it onto my stand as this is how i adjust the chain if needed
