if Ducati has tricks up their sleeves they should bring it out now, oh please. I felt sad for the 1198 loosing last season and for the 1199 to loose(below podium) this season will be a big blow to me as a fan.
True but they can't seem to make the tires last an entire race. Until they can, I don't see Kawi as a serious contender. While I hate to say it the Aprilia and ugh the BMW are the cream of the crop right now. I expected the 1199 to need some development time, but to be this far off is disappointing to say the least. But here's the good news. With it's current performance we don't have to worry about weight penalties or throttle body restrictions anytime soon

You do know the BMW is a good bit faster in street trim yeah?
If that's the only reason you love your bike that could be upsetting!
The Panigale will improve for sure - the Moto Gp times are horrible though. That's a developed bike!
