I thought they were all single use and suppose to be replaced.

Yea I thought so too. I got a set of new ones but when I wasn’t sure about the hose clamp I refitted the old screws.

They’re still made of cheese though. I definitely recommend some aftermarket screws. I checked proti, they have a set.

This is what the clamp looks like when open. I'm sure someone makes a special tool for them, but I've always just used a small screwdriver. If you gently pry the overlapping section up the clamp will spring open. This is pretty easily done by getting the edge of a screwdriver under the overlapping section and giving it a slight twist.

Those clamps are amazing and will not come off accidentally, that is for sure. I struggle to get them off with a screwdriver, so I purchased these tools. The second link has a similar tool as the first but also has other hose clamp tools.

It specifies to torque to 3-3.5 + 90 degrees.
My wrench goes down to 4.5 minimum and one of the screws snapped before my wrench clicked.
If I’m reading the manual correctly, it says torque max is 5.5-10?

Initial torque to 3-3.5 Nm, then turn it 90 degrees past that. When checking after all have been set to 90, they should be between 5.5-10 Nm.

To be clear, set them in sequence to 3-3.5 Nm then go back in the same sequence and give them 90 degrees more. Cylinder heads are typically done like this.
