Part 46 is the part and there's a pair of them, that do not appear to be connected.
Parts 42 throughout 45, hold the two halves of the heat shied together and I have those.
It seems everything is pivoting around the fastener that goes through part 47.

you're supposed to have two bolts in there. you got them with your bike; they're probably with your passenger footpeg set.

the part# for the screw (TCEIF M8x30) is 77157278B and you need two of them.

Good idea, I checked that, found the four footrest bolts and tried one of those, that fit so I used two similar size bolts from my spares (M7 or M8).

I'm going to guess the factory, what reason would AMS have to remove them?
I literally walked in and bought the bike off the showroom floor.
