You were offered that fairing several times but denied it and would not take it. Matter fact you got your money back and were not out a penny. It came out of my account 200 so how come you feel you were cheated out if money?

Nice Try. Here is your answer to the case claiming you had died? I wouldn't take it? Then why would I have paid you and waited weeks to get it? Then had to open a case when you wouldn't respond.
Here is your response to the PP case I had to open due to no response from you. I even tried to respond to still get the fairing and you elevated the case to PP before I even could try and work something out. I am not sure why you claimed you could still send the fairing then immediately elevated the case. I included the picture of you elevating it not me. Of course you only responded after weeks when I opened a case to get a refund. Funny how that works.

He did die you Moron. How bout it is none of your business doubleO. This is his wife for one I was told to continue selling these parts bc we our son and I need the money and no good are they in our possession. Also I was told not to say that was the situation bc then I risk getting taken advantage of. So he kept a list and prices and parts and items and had that set aside for me if I ever needed to use it. He had a stroke several months ago and therefore was aware that life is very precious and anything can happen at any time. Unlike most people who do not consider just how much .... can go wrong then left with an entire world in ones lap to deal with and trying to raise a boy and have the only car engine go out as well not even two weeks after then on verge of losing our home... Forgive me if I was only doing what I was told to do. There is not one thing fishy or to beware about. I'm simply trying to sell his parts to pay our bills that's that... I'm going my best I have not really any idea on some of them the name but believe me I'm learning fast with help from his friends. So excuse me I am sorry that you got jaded on the fairing it was not my knowledge that had happened. My husband's friend had not known about it either yet he had to pay for it out of his pocket and then I pay him which makes no sense because you got your money back anyway there is still the part which was in the car he was planning to mail but I did not know it. There you go. There is what I know of all this mess. Forgive me if I got hostile doubleO but it's not easy times right now and I'm doing the best I can I got lots of parts to sell and I'd appreciate little slack. I'm sorry for the big mix up but that was not myself or husband's fault. He's not here to answer for self and if you need proof you can contact me off here I got all you need . Now please make it right on this forum and be done with this please thank you. It's hard enough going through this and having to sell this bike let alone getting chewed out for .... I think i can help out here. My name is Glenn Rinks. I know you will recognize it as the name you paypalled the money to. Our friend did die of a heart attack. I was the last one to have a conversation with him as he died on his way home from my house. Thought about posting the obituary, but this is just a ducati forum and enough of this has been personal.
When paypal told me there was a case, I was a little surprised. I thought my friend had sent all the parts. i got the fairing from his wife and sent you the offer to still send it. I never got a response and thought you had just moved on because it had been so long. Believe me, i would have rather have sent you the part. I even disputed PayPal because if felt i was trying to make it right. In either case, i paid the money and you had long since been refunded. That is why i have no idea why you would be such a prick about this. It's obvious that my other friend got a little heated. They were best friends and he took your running-off-at-the-mouth personal. To set the record straight, he is not an internet bully. He that spends very little time on forums and isn't even aware of what internet trolling is. I do and I hate it. Can't take it over 10000 for the first 600miles, so you should be able to keep up with that Paningale. If it takes a bit for you to make arrangements and my bike is broke in, i'll just drive slow so I can set an example for you about how to be courtious. Should it not make sense for you to ride where I am, then fly and i'll let your ride one of mine. there's a ZX10 or CBR1000. You can choose. (not the bmw) I'll change the programming for wet weather, so you feel safe. These bikes aren't what you're used to.
Admit what you did wrong and this will all be good. It's a piece of ....... plastic. Your bike is gorgeous on the surface, so I guess fairings are all there is to the bike. Still plastic. Her husband, my friend, and a boys father died at the age of 49.

Hey Glenn first off I am sorry for your loss and any heartache this caused. I do a lot of internet sales and I have heard 900 ........ stories over the years about why something wasn’t paid for and or shipped. On both sides.
I was happy to have you still ship the faring even after a month. I only opened the case when I didn’t hear back for three weeks or so of directly trying to contact you. My goal was not to get a small refund but to get my faring. As you know me and you had had a few emails over several months even trying to work out the sale etc. When I went to reply to your message on the PayPal case PP informed me that the you had escalated the case and I couldn’t reply to you. This is very common tactic when people play games on PP. Insert ........ excuse try and escalate and keep the money. I have been the victim of this before with not small sums of money. It also set off a red flag when I am sending money to other email accounts than the seller in the first place as I am sure you can understand.
After not receiving my plastics or getting a response other then on the PP case and not even being able to reply due to escalation I felt like I had been took. I came on to the forums to see the plastics for sale again and felt like it was another game being played on forum members seeing as how I never got mine. I would have appreciated a direct email explaining what was going on it would have been absolutely no problem to wait or cancel the sale due to the circumstances. The only communication I received was in the PP case after I paid. Again I tried to respond and say I was willing to close case and wait but couldn’t because the case was escalated by whoever was running your side of the PP. At that point it was out of my hands and PP has to decide.

No one cares about a paypal bunfight, mea culpas and who did what to who, you shouldn't either. My suggestion is delete the username of the gentleman who has passed away and ask the site owner to delete this thread. If anyone still wants to join the board to sell Panigale parts then do so on your own ticket and I am sure that people will respect that. As it stands any dealings with any of these users is tainted.
