Fan kick in adjust. with race up-map and tuneboy

Hi guys, I hope someone who has a little more experience with the bike and maybe similar setup can help me with this. Bike I bought have Termi high mount exhaust with up-map and also Tuneboy. Since up-map eliminates radiator fan even though my bike will be track only, I would love to have that option just to keep things in check. Since I have read on the board that these machines run hot and I will probably be in the middle of the summer at the tracks like Barber, Road Atlanta...having this option is kind of a must. Now question is can I enable fan and adjust temp. kick in with Tuneboy and not affect up-map, secondly how to do this? I apologize in advance, all this is new to me and I don't want to do something that will create ton of unnecessary headache. I already bought Spal fan and was thinking about Trail Tech adjustable thermo switch, since Tuneboy have an option for this adjustment I thought to utilize this would be easier if it's possible.Thanks Bo

You won't need the upmap with a tuneboy.

The fan in tuneboy reaches the default way too high option from factory first then on second cycle goes to what tuneboy has been set to.

Halo2, thanks for your response. Let me clarify, when full exhaust was installed up-map was uploaded too. Tuneboy was added later so my question was any changes that were done through Tuneboy ( fan kick in adjustment or...) will not create any issues due to software overwriting or something like that.
Can someone give this rookie some guidance how to do this fan adjustment please!?
