Female owners??

It's cool that there are some ladies that are out there riding Panigales but let's be welcoming and not pestering. Maybe I'm wrong, but having strangers demanding pictures of you is a little bit creepy. I don't see any people demanding pictures of male riders.

If you want to see what people look like, go ride with them. Or let them post pictures of their own accord. If you ask once, twice...NINE times and someone doesn't respond that should be your hint.
 
Aside from 2 or 3 girls I've seen on Ducati Monsters, I have yet to see a female Ducati superbike rider at all!
 
I know 1, Our DOC has 6-7 female members, all ride monsters. Except for the lady in question rides a 916sps, a hypermotard evo, but also has a Buell, Aprillia RSV factory, etc total 8-9 bikes. She is very very fast!!!!

To be fair she is a real petrol head that puts most guys incl me to shame. She also rides enduro, motocross, microlights, scuba dives and snowmobiles. She rides and drives on track also. Member of the Porsche club. It makes me tired just thinking about it all ;-)
 
being on other forums, we (female riders) get a lot of bs. it's all good. :D

yeah, i do see a lot more women riders on monster than any other ducati bikes. i too was a monster (s2r1000) rider before i got my 1199. i do miss my monster. :(

Someone started a thread trying to find other female owners. If it was an attention-seeking thread the OP would've posted a bunch of pics like, "How do I look?" "Check me out with my cute new leather chaps."

As far as I know, none of the female posters flamed anyone. I simply pointed out that maybe we should tone down the leg-humping and chill so that the forum is a bit more welcoming to the lady 1199 riders. On my local forum a lot of the ladies don't post anymore because there's too much leg-humping and/or too much sexist BS. Not saying we're anywhere near that point, just that as civilized male Ducati owners we should treat our female compatriots with respect.

While at the dealer the other day , my Wife and I ran into a woman named Katey ( sp ) who rides a streetfighter. Her Husband was in the back getting his break-in service done on his Panigale. Thinking she knew her from somewhere , my Wife got talking to her. Turns out they had ridden together a couple of times on some club rides. Katey started a club ( and website ) called Girlriders. My Wife joined a few years ago , but only made it out for a few rides. Hopefully she gets back into the club , so we can set up some more rides. They say they allow dudes on their rides , and believe me , I have NO issues about riding along with a pack of hot chicks on bikes ! Wish there were more Girl Riders out there. If anyone knows any female riders in Florida , let them know about the club and site. The club seems like they're always welcoming new members.

Heh, I would never ask someone on the internet for naked pics, there's enough free porn to watch 24-7 for like 500 years at this point :p

That's true , which reminds me , why the hell am I sitting here talking to you guys when there's all that quality entertainment available on the internet ? !

I'll be back in about three and a half , to four minutes ! ;)

This isn't a local forum. What's the point of posting the thread, they aren't going to get their nails done on Tuesday after a ride.
