Today I picked up a 2010 RSV4 Factory.

The bike is absolutely spotless, and has a ton of goodies.

1559 miles on the clock.

Track bodywork is on it's way.

It's not a Duc, but I love her just the same.

Congrats! Not only is the Ape an excellent bike, but I've found the Panigale's charm to be further accentuated when you have at least one other bike to which you can frequently compare its qualities. Those two Italians look great together.
 
Awesome! I'd ride one today if the sales guy would have let me go on a spin in 2011...
 
Not a fan of 4 cyls. But wouldn't hesitate to have an RSV4 in the garage as a second/backup to the Pani. Love Italian machinery.

I'd have one now if Aprilia's dealer network and parts availability was better/more reliable...beautiful bike! Interested to hear your back-to-back riding impressions!
 
I considered the RSV4, but it was too much bike for me. Clearly, you are ready to tame the beast! Beautiful!

I think they will get along provided you are willing to share your attention between the two...
 
Spent some time in the garage today. Just checking everything.

Thus far she checks out. I love the sound of the V4.

I've got some ideas for the track bodywork. It will probably be two months before I'm ready to put her on the track.
