Finally got my 2014 1199R. i have been wanting one and somehow it all worked out. I have lurking here on the site for a while. Got it in Houston 2 days before i had to come back to work here in Korea for a 2 month tour. got about 50 miles on it as the one day i had before work i had to get my gear ready for travel. I live in South Texas now west of Corpus Christi. i have been riding bikes since mid 90's, first dirt bikes then i got a HD and it was my dream bike till i went riding with some big bikes. then was bit by the V8 bike bug. i am on my second V8 Bike now. Then last year i viewed a magazine with a 1199R in it and from then I was fascinated with them. Now i got one. I look forward to getting use to it and riding and for all the info your site can provide about these hot bikes.
