Fly... Nice take it you've taken delivery (sorry not paid much attention recently to see if you have?) if you have let us know how many times you had to refuel out of interest and kinda mileage you did get out of a tank. But please don't comment on how much it cost you because you would just be killing us in the UK we get super ripped off over here!

sorry, I may have mislead you. No I won't get my pani for another few weeks.
I have other bikes I ride now but the rides are the same, from where I live everything is 150 + miles ;)

as for the money, I've been noticing that the dollar to pound is back up to 2 to 1, so a 24,000 pound bike would cost us about $50,000 US!!!!

I simply couldn't buy the bike at that price, I'm glad I don't have to.

I think he means on another bike, the NA release isn't until the 27th/28th.

I can tell you the fuel light comes on around 100 miles during first 60o miles. So total range is around 130-140 depending on how hard you push.

Dollar to pound is still around 1.60 not 2.0. But still a big price difference admitadly.

Yeah but it's all relative....

If you earn $5,000 a month in the US you would probably earn £5,000 if not more in the UK.

Not in my experience. I have homes in both countries and divide my time between California and the UK. The maths don't work like that.

And never mind the different tax rates...VAT, gasoline etc.

Tax is the big difference, especially on gas. But even sales tax comes into play on something like a bike purchase. 20% in the UK and maybe 8%-9% average in the US. All ads up.

I'll pay 4% :D (that is not normal though)

oops yeah you're right. So a 24,000 pound bike would cost me about $38,500 US. That's rough, I'm not sure they'd sell a lot of those here.

Put the other way, I'm paying 11,875 pounds out the door for my base. What a deal! America, .... yeah! :)

Depends where you are. Comparing Canada to the UK that's pretty much how things are. $5 coffee is £5 in the UK. $30 tshirt is £30 in the UK. $24,000 Panigale is £24,000 in the UK. ;)

Why would anyone compare canada to the UK? ;)

I paid £23k for my S with a full race exhaust and a few carbon bits and pieces. Take off UK sales tax, that's £19k. Convert to dollars is $30k + whatever sales tax you pay in your state. That's a fairer comparison.

47000 singapore dollars for base, which is abt 40k+- usd for the bike to be on the road in the country with insurance and stuff.. oh well

for comparison , it cost 56000 singapore dollars for S model, which is abt 46k+- usd..sometimes i just envy u ppl =(
2L honda civic cost 180000 sgd.. and will turn to scrap metal after 10 years(due to control policy by government).. i think i should consider moving lol =X

Think you went the wrong way with your conversion: 1SGD = 0.80 USD.

S model = 56000 SGD = ~44000 USD

Still not a god deal - sorry for you..
