I recently found out Foremost is one of the few insurance companies which covers you at the track if it's not a timed event or for any sort of competition.

Wanted to ask what your experiences were if you have coverage from them.

Thanks!

Geico does too

They want over $3000 from me a year, no thanks. Foremost experiences please...

Got my Foremost quote for 1731.02$ a year. They beat State Farm so...

I have no tickets, and no claims. It's not easy being 26 and single. Do they also offer gear coverage?

Foremost says upfront $1500 of gear coverage, still making sure what I found about tracks is true too. Geico also writes checks to the shop and owner, which I don't like.

Is that not standard practice these days?? Which sux I agree..

I was at geico then progressive too expensive and multi bike discount is not nearly as good as foremost. I went with foremost several years ago, it also didn't hurt they did track days, my premium for multibikes substantially less than what I was paying previously. No claims but have always had first rate service on questions and such.

Thank you! I will likely be switching. SF and FM offices are closed on the weekend, so I'll have to address while at work lol.

Insurance companies usually only pay directly if there is no lienholder...

So for example if you wreck the bike, the lienholder finance bank whoever, wants reassurance that the repairs have been completed by an authorized repair shop just in case you start missing payments and they have to come repossess it. Once you own the vehicle outright you can do whatever you choose with the settlement check.

With USAA (only company I've ever made a claim with) paid me directly even with a lien that they owned.

That's fantastic... You do understand my explanation though, it makes sense why insurance co. wouldn't want to pay directly unless you own the bike. The second owner of the bike also has an interest in its professional repair.

I understand it, doesn't mean I don't want that company policy. I always repair my bikes, but I like the choice of selecting the parts.

Hey man I'm right there with you...give me the money and let me fix it my bling bling way :)
