Hi All,
I was looking for a darker screen. Tried the Duc Performance but it's not very tinted.
I ran across a Puig version for the 2020 (it must be newer, didn't see it before).
It looks great. the build quality is spot on. but, it's a bit taller than stock.
Aerodynamics are funny black magic. I'm 5' 11" and in my normal riding position, it causes an annoying bit of under helmet buffering. Maybe it's fine for some taller or shorter, or it's really intended for being down in a tucked race position (it does work pretty well there).
the stock screen works best for me. i googled around a bit and found some suggesting to spray the inside with VHT paint used for darkening car lenses. i can't paint for crap. it looks ok from a distance, but up close, it does look 'spray painted' (just painted the underside).
all that to say, the Puig is for sale. it's in brand new shape. it literally has like 15 miles on it.
I'll take $50 for it shipped in the US...or i'd be willing trade it for a stock windscreen. i'm interested in seeing if an auto tint shop could tint the underside for me.
I bought it from motovationusa:
here are various pics showing it on the bike, and off the bike, some next to the stock screen
