Oh crap. Diamond grinding? I know a bit about flooring, and that is some severe prep work (and product). That is top notch (and NOT a DIY project, at least for me). Very nice. What that tells me is that I may want to consider a pro do it and NOT attempt an DIY. But then again....I'm quite cheap.
