GoPro3 or Contour+2 ?

How did you setup where your located on the track & RPM & Speed stuff. That's pretty high tech.
 
I use a GPX pro as my lap timer. I wired in the throttle, brake and RPM into the unit. The track map comes from the GPS in the lap timer.

I use dashware to combine the data with the video.

yep, you can crank the gopro 3 up to really high resolutions. I wanted the 60 FPS to play with some slow mo effects in some of the videos.

The built in wifi with their software for the phone makes for a handy way to set it up as well.

I used my girlfriends Gopro hero3 on the weekend. Mounted it to her helmet for snowboarding. Got 3 runs in and the battery died (less than an hour of video) . Definatley not impressed with the battery life.
Going to try to Drift HD Ghost probably for riding. I like how sleek it sits on the side of your helmet.

Yea, I had caught that before - an awesome ad video for the GoPro! - after all these comments, I may try the add-on battery. As I said earlier, I got the Hero3 because of it's cinematography capabilities - I have highend digital video eqipment/software, and I didn't want to dumb-down the video I got from flying/riding or sports related.
 
I have a contour +2 its an awesome cam. I also used it during snorkling in cancun (it comes with a waterproof case) and use it for riding. Awesome quality footage. dont know about the gopro 3

It's the same - comes with the waterproof case, but added in Dec a touch screen/viewfinder, that also has a waterproof cover! I am thinking I finally have a digital replacment for my Nikonos :(
 
Does anyone know which camera and software is going to be best to integrate DDA+ info on it?

Would love to do it but not sure where to start??

Hey now! There are white versions now, even if they look silly, it does exist :p But i guess i could subliminally state colors like you buy changing my font colors hah

You should! My colors are more brand related, and I copied the idea from another sig. Coincidently, my bikes are those colors! My cars are those colors too (red/blue) -lol. I f you did this with a white bike, the listing would not appear :D
