OUCH! That’s hard to look at. Yeah, all true re: insurance.I want to make you feel better and show you my box of broken clip ons, pegs, clutch cover, mirrors but you'll have to put up with the broken fairing shot

I would upgrade the mirrors to folders, get some rattle can touch up if you can be bothered (stickers are good too), some case protectors and pretty much go riding. Insurance is a hard call, youll pay an excess of 500-1000? they will charge insurance company about 3k plus to fix it and you'll still have crap mirrors! Also you can sand out the bar end scratches and go down the grits and polish them.
I always do the stand by hand, pretty hard with boots and leathers to flick it out and Id rather it was tucked away
How the hell do you reach that?!I use my hand to lower my side stand
Ah. There’s my issue. Even with lowering it by an inch, I can still only get one toe down.If you can flat foot, it's not hard to do at all.

Undignified?
I look like a monkey ....... a football riding anything with less than 60” wheelbase in the first place : )
Long hair - don’t care
Yes red all the way through on the modern bikes, my 1299 was white plastic w red paint so the rock chips are terribleplastic is, at least on my V2, red all the way through.

V4 is red all the way through with clear coat over all the decals.
Was yer V4 red with white Duc stickers on top of the paint or was it hurried under clear coat? I remember using my fingernail to feel it and it felt like V2 stickers were not under clear
They’re still pure white tho right? The 1299 and 2018/19 V4 had brushed metal finish decals w clear coat over them, but my 2020 is pure white which means they stand out in all lighting situationsV2 stickers are not lacquered over.
Anyone know of some CRG arrow compatible bar-ends? I bought the plastic ones, but I can't feel my right hand after about 20 mins lol. I know they made some for the previous gen panigale's, but can't seem to find any for the V4 (maybe my googling is not up to scratch).
Thanks for that... yeah, good idea. Yeah, I think the previous gen panigales had threaded bar-ends unfortunately. I'll shoot an email through. Ta.Dan Kyle usa makes them for the twin Panigales and I thought he had them for the V4's but no dice there (i just checked for you). Maybe shoot him an email and see if he can have them made??
That's correct. It's amazing how steady the mirrors are, but my hands are going numb after 20 - 25 mins. What are you trying to do? Add weight and keep bar end mirrors?
That looks like it... where'd you find those?
