people new to the panigale still search this, and there is a ton of missinofrmation, as the heat is a dynamic issue.
dress only accounts for a small portion
exhaust can be a huge factor or minimal factor depending on which heatshield is used, the akra shield is crap and so was termis first CF shield. wrapped my undertail section and used new termi design and exhaust is not an issue.
it comes down to sitting on a damned oven, the engine, only solution if you ride in 100f temps is to have a larger radiator, traveling 35mph with stock rad and engine temps get to 220 on average, and that will cook you no matter what you have done. ONLY solution is to lower engine temps with larger aftermarket rad. One could find a way to turn on fan earlier, but then your dealing with a poor way to attack the issue of engine temps.
