Salut compère et bienvenu parmi nous. La saison est terminée ici au Québec, je te souhaite du beau temps pour l'automne.

Let's about track days ;) do you choose one of the two machines on a whim when you hit the track?

Hi,
Thank you for your welcome message !
I have the chance to drive the best of the two worlds be cause the Panigale is the most developped twin ever made, it has a chance to beat the S1kRR, but it needs more tuning. Today my chronos are not as good with the Panigale but I have "a lot" to learn as a pilot...
I always bring the two machines on the track but for the last 3 days I drove the Panigale in order to find the good setting.
What is clear to me is that there is a huge potential, but it is more complicated to acheive. The Panigale is giving back a lot of informations that you must understand... It is more fun to drive.
Cheers

Welcome to the 1199 Forum, happy to have you here with us!

Which tracks do you ride in France?

Every, but the best are the fastest:

Le Mans Bugatti; Fast and nice
ACO−Infrastructures−Circuits−Bugatti

Nevers Magny Cours F1; Fast and technical
Magny-Cours - International circuit / Nevers France

Dijon Prenois; Fast and slopy
Circuit Dijon Prenois :: Plan du Circuit

Le Castellet Circuit Paul Ricard (5.8km); The fastest and most abrasive ever made...
Circuit Paul Ricard - Tracks

Dont hesitate to have a try !
