Hey guys,

my name is Katja, I'm from Germany and I ride a 1299 S since one month. Sadly I focused the first problems with the bike yesterday .. perhaps someone can help me with that (I will describe the problem in an other posting).

I ride motorbikes since I was 16 .. had a chopper Honda Rebel 125 ccm, then a Honda Hornet 600 ccm, few months a Triumph Daytona 955i and after that I had a Ducati 916, which I still have (currently 2 broken Ducatis in my garage ..).

Willkommen im Forum!!!

As double0 already mentioned, a wet BBS connection is often the source of the problem you described.

(Unter dem Sitz in den Rahmen reigesteckt gibt ein kleines gummiummanteltes Teil, das an den Kabelbaum gesteckt ist. Wenn Wasser in den Stecker eindringt, beginnt das Bike zu spinnen. Kannst es auch mit einem Haarföhn vorsichitg trocken, aber nicht überhitzen!)
