I found this forum when Google searching for 899 soft forks. I am away from bikes for 9 years or so and just bought (with my wifes permission ) an 899.
my previous bikes were many superbikes of different makes but my last was a Ducati 996 and that was the only bike that ever made me laugh in my helmet on the track.
Hopefully i can contribute a little here while getting some info myself.
