I lived in North Raleigh for 8 years back in the 2000's. All types of motorcyclists used to meet up on Sunday in Chapel Hill at a breakfast place called Michael's off of 501. From there a few sport bike groups would take off into the hinterlands. Do they still do that?

I haven't heard of anything like that, I've lived here for two years now. It seems like they do all the meetups on capital blvd.
Yeah, I Googled it and it appears the breakfast place closed in 2010 and that meet fell apart as a result. Sad, because there would be over 100 bikes that would show up. I used to ride with some fellow WERA race veterans and it would be a great mix of Aprilia RSV Milles, Triumph Daytonas, Bimota and other cool makes. Epic rides all through the back roads and end up back at a bar in Cary.

Not really but I'm still fairly new to the area so that's probably why. Still trying to find my way around.
