I have ordered a Arai corsair v on special on Ducati's web site But it looks like they do not have large size anymore.
What helmet are you all wearing and what are your suggestions ?

Thanks,

Ive just bought the Ducati Corse Arai helmet......but I also have another 4 Arai's on the shelf as they are the only ones that fit my big noggin:D

Don't waste your time with Ducati's online store. Total disaster.

I have the Arai Tommy gun and the AGV elements helmet, both are great helmets but you might prefer one over the other depending on the shape of your head. Arai helmets fit round heads better, while AGV fit oval heads better. But the corsair V and GP tech are 2 of the best helmets in my opinion, try both on and see which is more comfortable to you.

I have an Arai rx7 gp, a AGV stealth but i have just bought a scorpion air, keeps the wind noise right down. But its whatever fits your head best TBH, i can't wear Shark helmets..just don't fit !!

Same for me, Sharks just don't sit nicely on my head. Shame because they always look good I reckon.

Weirdly, Shoeis always fit me well, but I recently bought an Arai Viper-GT which fits fine...Shoeis seemed to be quieter (smoother shape, no side pods) but the Arai liner is nicer.

Go with whatever mid-top end helmet fits best and is comfy. Try loads.

this is what I have ordered to go with my new S:)

I purchased a Schuberth SR1 helmet last year from the UK and it's the best helmet I've ever owned in over 30 years of riding. Light, comfortable, well designed, great venting, simple visor release design, low fogging, fantastic visibility and quiet. It ticks all the boxes.

hi, i use 3 helmets. best for me is the schuberth sr1. it fits perfect for me but is difficult to put on. but then very quiet and lightweight.
the schuberth c3 is my folding helmet for hot summerdays when i like to cruise. and finally my new arai rx7-gprc which is nice but brand new for me and i have to test it for conclusions. they told me it would be best for racers!

Could not find Schuberth dealer in my area and not many keep Arai corsair V in stock. Might go with Shoei X-twelve and put a ducati sticker on it.

If you can wait, the new AGV Pista GP looks to be quite serious.

Maybe a little too Star Wars, but depends on what they do with graphics I guess.

I think I'm going to wait for it. :D I'm a sucker for the latest and greatest.

I have a Schuberth S1 pro which is great for touring but I just need something that goes with the S I don't care if it is not as quiet as I want to hear that engine :)

Well frosty I had a little better luck with Shopatron. I ordered that same helmet in December and received it within 5 days.

I'm glad I was able to get it because they are pretty much all gone now and I just love that design.

But hang on, I hear that there is a new design that has not been released yet that is fantastic.
