Help installing DucBike L01 Ultimate levers

I’m trying to install a set of DucaBike levers but having trouble getting the plunger to slide into the rubber boot. Anyone got any tips? I don’t want to force it and damage the boot. It keeps moving around and I’m finding it impossible to get into the hole. Help please!

Thanks. Helpful video. Good to see I’m not crazy having trouble. Unfortunately the trick he used by removing the plunger isn’t an option with the DucaBike levers as the plunger is fixed.

Yea...I noticed that too with Ducabike levers...keep trying and you'll get it...
 
OK, so after doing some more reading online, the trick is to pop the boots off using a small screwdriver.
Slide it over the plunger and then install the lever. Much easier!
