I have replaced low beam head lamps on my 1299 with DDM Tuning 6K HID kit.
HIDs are certainly turn night into day comparing to stock bulbs.
High beam still have stock bulbs, and they look weak to say the least. I need to find a solution to replace high beams.
Replacing high beam bulbs with HIDs not an option, because it takes a while for HID kits to warm up, I need something that would go on to full power immediately.
Some folks installed Philips H11 CrystalVision Ultra Upgraded Bright White Headlight Bulb such as these sold on amazon. The temperature range on Phillips H11is 3,000-4,000 degrees Kelvin. Thus it wont match HIDs 6000K.

Any suggestions from forum on how to match color of low beam HIDs and high beams w/ non-HID? Are there any non-HID H11 bulbs available at 6K temperature/color?
