How to change the rpm light signals?

I wonder how or if ee cant change when the red lights signal pop up to tell you that you are at your max rev rpm. My show around 13-14 rpm but I would like to make the red lights show at 7 rpm!

13 - 14k rpm? These bikes dont get there.... unless you have some super mapping.
