That bike is just ugly compared to the Pani. It looks just like a GSXR to me with the huge side can, wide front end, and tons of crap going on in the paint job.

I LOVE the clean look of the Panigale - Its amazing looking.
 
My buddy just picked his up. Another addition to the other 14 bikes he owns (2 Desmo's, Diavel, Pani S, 1098 R's, 4-5 MV's, Bimota, etc) and he LOVES the thing...

I still like my Panigale S over it but I'll know my thoughts this Sunday after he lets me take it out...

DUCATI!!! Heated grips are a nice touch (at least option), PLEASE LISTEN or PAY ATTENTION. ;)

In all seriousness tho, I generally don't have a problem with any bike based solely on looks. I prolly won't ever own a Panigale as the s1k is my dream bike (and the HP4 is a torrid fantasy involving Rihanna and Megan Fox). But I could easily see a Diavel or Monster in the garage...
