Did NOT! I had 2013 1199R and it had plastic gears!

Only way to tell is to LOOK INSIDE.... Hope it's not for nothing and you get an upgrade instead of a 'DOH' moment.

as far as I know, only Panigale Superleggera (1199 and 1299), Panigale R 2015-2017 and Panigale 1299 R FE (2017) do have OE steel WP gears.
