Afraid m8 is the keylock itself. Expensive did as Ducati ONLY SELL a complete lock set. You'll be lucky to get it for less than £400 notes. Key coding done via dash follow instructions with the kit. If you need proof.. you'll need to borrow someone's keylock and key
