Inertial error

My son was rocking the bike

and side to side on the rear stand to show his friends how stable it was last night like a ....... This morning I was gonna warm up the bike to change the oil. It started the crank then stopped and that message came up

the alarm system thought it was being stolen? cycle the key or disconnect the battery for a bit and see if it goes away

Anyways, I don't think that error will keep the bike from starting but I could be wrong. Another possibility is that you have a dead battery which will cause all sorts of errors and warnings.

It’s been super cold in garage in New England and I did forget to put it in.. I’ll charge it up and report back.. thanks guys

This morning the bike cranked over a couple of time then would stop.. After about 3 times of cranking and stopping it fired up..
